Foot and Hand Reflexology
Reflexology is based on the principle that the anatomy of the body is reflected in miniature on the feet, face and hands. By using the thumbs and fingers to apply pressure in a specific pattern, a Reflexologist is able to access all the organs and systems of the body and encourage them to work effectively.
During a session I may incorporate Precision Reflexology techniques, by gently holding more than one specific reflex point at the same time, increasing the rebalancing effect on the body’s energy. Clients may feel vibrations or unusual energy within specific parts of their body.
A treatment is deeply relaxing and will improve your sleep. By reducing your stress and anxiety, and improving circulation in this way, your sense of well-being will improve and you will feel better. Anecdotally, many people feel that other symptoms improve as well and the body of research that supports this is growing.

Foot Reflexology
Treatments usually last 60 minutes. However, if you have a specific health concern you may wish to have a Targeted Reflexology treatment where I will focus just on the reflexes relating to your area of focus. These 30 minute treatments should be taken regularly.
The benefits of a treatment are the same whether you choose to have Foot or Hand Reflexology. Clients with hard working hands have found that Hand Reflexology helps to ease muscle and joint pain in their fingers and wrists. The same can be said for Foot Reflexology treatments, it really is up to you.
Aromareflexology
This is a wonderful treatment that can be used to supplement the benefits of Foot Reflexology. During this treatment a selection of essential oils, with therapeutic benefits will be blended especially for you. In addition to the usual Reflexology techniques the application of soothing heat enables the oils to penetrate deeply, enhancing their effects. You will be able to take the blend pot home for continued use, further maximising the benefits.
